As a Recruiter at Neways, you play a key role in attracting and selecting new talent for our organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing the full recruitment process and work closely with colleagues from Recruitment, HR, and Hiring Managers to fill vacancies and build strong talent pipelines.
You’ll contribute to a positive candidate journey while developing your skills in sourcing, job marketing, interview techniques, stakeholder management, and networking. In this role, you’ll also be responsible for recruiting production employees and supporting our efforts in campus recruitment and internship placements—matching students with the right opportunities within our company.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and supportive team, working alongside two experienced Senior Corporate Recruiters and our Global Manager Talent Acquisition, who will guide and inspire you as you grow into a confident recruitment professional.

• Writing and publishing job postings via job boards and social media
• Actively sourcing and approaching candidates under guidance
• Scheduling and conducting initial and selection interviews
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring an excellent candidate journey
• Strengthening the employer brand through job marketing and social media
• Maintaining an organized and up-to-date vacancy database
• Building talent pools and maintaining relationships with schools and training institutions
• Ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers and HR colleagues for optimal results
• Processing data in Recruitee and AFAS, and supporting recruitment reporting
