NUDGE EDUCATION IS A NATIONAL INTERVENTION SERVICE FOR CHILDREN THAT ARE CHRONICALLY DISENGAGED FROM EDUCATION.

We are hopeful that the tailored and bespoke interventions that we design and deliver will help to re-engage thousands of children across the country in the coming years.
To do this we need a flexible, motivated and dynamic network of practitioners, and underpinning this network is the vital role that our recruitment and onboarding team play and Nudge Education HQ.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google suite, ATS and recruitment software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.A positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit and onboard high volumes of teachers, tutors and other youth work professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and pre-qualify candidates to assess their suitability for available positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates (and conduct interviews).
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems to track candidate interactions and progress.
  • Coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities.

KEY DETAILS OF THE ROLE:

  • Location: Head Office, Newcastle
  • Salary: £25,500
  • Hours of work: Full time year round, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Contract duration: Permanent (subject to passing 3 month probation period)
  • Reporting to: Recruitment Team Lead
