Aspire is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and hiring exceptional candidates. Position Summary: The Part -Time Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent and working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs to develop effective recruiting strategies. The position will identify and engage top candidates who fit the company culture and meet the qualifications for various positions. This position also generates regular reports to assess sourcing strategy success and other key recruitment metrics. Position Responsibilities: Source talent through job boards (Indeed, Job Target, Handshake, LinkedIn). Screen candidates for positions using various methods. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand the needs for the roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Identify and manage recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives. Accurately track recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruiting. Attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent and build brand awareness. Identify and maintain recruiting metrics that have the greatest impact on sourcing, selecting, and retaining talent; generate recruiting data through regular reporting. Requirements and Preferences: High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting, human resources or related field; three (3)+ years, preferred. Minimum two (2) year of experience using an applicant tracking system (Paylocity preferred) and other recruiting tools. Experience working with Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Valid driver’s license with good driving record, required. Experience working in a non-profit organization, preferred.
