Description
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to help us find and hire great talent. This person will manage the full recruitment cycle—from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Communicate updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Support onboarding and hiring documentation when needed •Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs • Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8AM-12PM EST or 10AM-2PM EST •1-2 years of previous experience in recruiting •Prior recruiting experience in New Jersey is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency) • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards such as Indeed, CareerPlug, etc • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, video calls, outlook, Microsoft office) • Attention to detail and professionalism Preferred Attributes • Experience recruiting in healthcare (e.g caregivers, etc) • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
