Works closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics Supports recruiting strategies and manage assigned requisitions, ensuring an organized and effective hiring process Guides candidates through the hiring process, maintaining communication and providing a positive candidate experience while ensuring smooth handoffs between stages Exchanges ideas and content in a clear and concise manner within Talent Acquisition and with leaders in supported business units Begins to advise and influence leaders of assigned business units on Talent Acquisition strategy Collaborates with peers and more experienced Talent Acquisition colleagues 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
