JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Recruiter to source, evaluate, and hire Pest Control Technicians. This role involves both office-based and fieldwork to actively scout and engage with potential candidates. The recruiter will visit job sites, training centers, and industry-related events to build a strong pipeline of skilled technicians.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or technical roles.
• Experience conducting on-site recruitment or field hiring is an advantage.
