We are White Rabbit, and we believe in bringing people together over delicious Italian food. We manufacture tasty gluten-free products which you can find in most major UK supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Ocado, Coop and Morrisons.
Our business is growing very quickly and we’re looking for someone dependable and trustworthy to lead our Recruitment within the business. As the Recruiter you would be overseeing the end-to-end recruitment of production staff.
We are based in Chalgrove at OX44 7RW, which is just outside of Oxford, so you will need your own transport to get here as this is a rural location that has limited public transport.

  • Previous experience in Recruitment/HR (preferable not mandatory)

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, quick learner who’s trustworthy and who also has experience in similar roles.
Responsibilities
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle process of bakery staff and if needed office staff.
  • Proactively contacting and sourcing potential candidates via job boards and social media or any other potential avenues.
  • Acting as a point of contact and building relationships with candidates during the selection process, maintaining a positive reputation of the company
  • Tracking and assisting applicants through the interview process
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding agency staff for production
  • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
  • Organising and scheduling interviews for candidates with production managers
  • Establish relationships with production managers to understand their current and future recruitment needs
  • Creating & posting job adverts ensuring you are highlighting key aspects of the role
  • Leading and looking after the wellbeing of the company employees
  • Overseeing employee life cycles, including hiring, development and promotions
  • Ensuring all candidate details are updated onto the CRM system and internally
  • Processing monthly timesheets as part of payroll and month end exercise
  • Record, monitor and analyse bakery staff KPI’S such as labour cost, holidays, agency percentage, overtime percentage, staff turnover etc
  • Manage companies’ mailbox as per company policy and guidelines
  • Be the point of contact for any HR related queries from bakery staff
  • Reporting on KPI’s on anything related to job spec in weekly meetings
