Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to offer - for different roles across the company.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
Conduct interviews with a sharp focus on quality and experience - while placing strong emphasis on cultural fit, which we see as essential to building the right team.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring and keep promising candidates warm.
Represent Qargo at events and career fairs, and help position us as an employer of choice.
Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
Contribute to team projects and help us continuously improve how we recruit.
