What We’re Searching For We are looking for a Recruiter to manage job openings, interviews, offer letters, background checks and pre-hire. As a Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for all open positions within our company. In this role, you will create job postings, review resumes, conduct prescreens, coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding new employees. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years experience as a recruiter, great organization skills, an understanding of ATS, and a pleasant personality. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms to attract qualified talent Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and alignment Present qualified candidates and guide interview and selection processes Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate pipeline reporting What You Need 2-3 years proven work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and major job boards Working knowledge of HRIS platforms; experience with Paylocity is a plu Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, compliance considerations, and interview techniques Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Professional, service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships Ability to work onsite full-time in our Jacksonville Southside Headquarters (this is not a remote or hybrid role) Why RallyX?
