• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for client-facing RaaS searches — from intake to offer — across North America and Europe.
• Manage a steady req load of 10–12 roles spanning GTM, tech, and special projects within our partner ecosystem.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients as a trusted consultant, advising on hiring strategies, market insights, and candidate experience best practices.
• Deliver measurable results: meet and exceed KPIs for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the bridge between our clients and AppDirect’s high-performing recruitment team, ensuring smooth delivery and repeat engagements.
