Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking to expand our team with a motivated Recruiter, passionate about hands-on recruitment, who will contribute to attracting the best seasonal and permanent talent across our different regions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for both seasonal and permanent staff in the snow removal and landscaping sectors
  • Define and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Post and promote job openings on various platforms
  • Conduct active sourcing (resume databases, social media, internal referrals, etc.)
  • Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct phone or virtual interviews
  • Be proactive in managing operational staffing needs with managers in each region
  • Maintain a pipeline of available candidates at all times to respond quickly to hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to increase company visibility and actively recruit
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth integration
