LOCATION: On-site Houston, TX POSITION REPORTS TO: Recruiting Supervisor SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some overtime and weekends may be required. WAGES: Commensurate with skills and experience RESPONSIBILITIES * Recruit, interview, screen, and hire qualified candidates as required * Identify qualified candidates consistent with OFCCP guidelines * Review and disposition candidates with urgency, and continue to maintain current disposition codes on qualified * candidates * Determine candidate qualifications through interviews; analyzing responses; screening, verifying references; comparing * qualifications to job requirements * Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules * Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process * Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action * plan compliance * Communicate with hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process   QUALIFICATIONS * Knowledge of DOT pre-employment requirements * Experience recruiting in an OFCCP compliant manner * Must be local (with in 60 miles of terminal) * Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization * Must have strong time-management skills, organized and ability to multitask while maintaining focus and discipline * Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word programs * Professional appearance and demeanor * Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Results driven * Strong decision making skills * Ability to speak clearly and be understood on the telephone * Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment   PREFERRED * Experience with Taleo, ADP and Tenstreet ATS   Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal [https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2022-10/EEOC_KnowYourRights_screen_reader_10_20.pdf] – (click for more information)   Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans   RelaDyne, and its affiliates, is an equal opportunity employer.
