Job Opening: Recruiter Location: South Africa (Remote – US Hours) Type: Full-Time, Work from Home Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am- 5pm (US Hours) Pay: Monthly Salary About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating successful placements. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels. Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. Maintain and update the ATS/database with accurate candidate information. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment metrics and report on progress to management. Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience Proven experience sourcing and interviewing candidates across various platforms. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and job market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining performance targets. Relevant HR or recruitment certification (advantageous).
