Job Opening: Recruitment Coordinator Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Full-Time, Remote Work. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to assist with streamlining the recruitment process. In this role, you will aid in coordinating candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and hiring managers alike. Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and follow-up. Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting through the applicant tracking system. Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents to selected candidates. Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
