Job Opening: ABA Recruiter Location: South Africa - Remote (US Hours - 9am - 5pm EST) Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Proactively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff. Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking groups, and industry platforms, rather than relying solely on inbound applications. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers and clinical leadership. Track candidates and manage recruitment pipelines using the company’s applicant tracking system. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent. Meet hiring goals and timelines while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality. Previous recruitment experience within the ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health field. Proven ability to actively source candidates rather than relying solely on job postings. Experience recruiting roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or other clinical staff preferred. Strong skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet recruitment targets.
