Om rollen Our colleague Josefin in the Nordic recruitment team has now been given the amazing opportunity to continue growing in a central global role at Rituals headquarters in Amsterdam. Therefore, we are currently looking for her replacement in the Nordics for the next 8 months she will be working on a global project to implement our new recruitment system. The role is a full-time position. Start date: By agreement, but no later than December 1 st. Your Role We are looking for a Recruiter on a fixed-term contract for 8 months, who wants to help shape retail recruiting with new technology for our retail hiring managers. At Rituals, we don’t just take innovative paths with our products—we do the same in HR. As Recruiter at Rituals you will be combining technology and people skills to ensure a modern, data-driven, and candidate-focused hiring process. Be the main contact for Retail Hiring Managers, helping them with the new recruiting system and processes. Recruitment operations support. Train and develop hiring managers in all recruitment matters. Analyze the candidate process and make improvements continuously. Help with local employer branding, recruitment marketing, and participate in recruitment projects. Kravspecifikation Qualifications You bring: 2 - 5 years of recruitment experience, preferrable within Retail industry. Degree in HR or a related field. Strong service and customer orientation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferrable experience with TA automated systems, as paradox. Comfortable leading change in systems and behaviors. Experience in analyzing recruiting data, KPIs, and implementing corresponding measures. What We Offer Our Nordic Recruitment team consists of four dedicated colleagues based in Stockholm. As Rituals in Finland grows fast, we are looking for a Finnish-speaking Recruiter who also speaks Swedish. This is a Nordic role, supporting recruitment across all Nordic countries, and you can be based either in the Helsinki office or Stockholm office. The role involves attending recruitment events across the Nordics and being on the frontline by visiting our store to connect. You will report to the Nordic Recruitment team lead and be part of the HR Nordic team. A key role in shaping our future talent strategy.
