Description:

Robert Half is an experienced, full cycle Generalist recruiter for our client located in the RiNo area in Denver. This will be a 4–6-month Hybrid contract position. This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from recruiting for entry-level to director-level positions across various functional areas including operations, accounting, finance, technology, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full cycle recruiting, with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions independently.
Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to director-level positions.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas, including operations, accounting, finance, technology, and sales.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and manage the offer process.
Generate and send offer letters, negotiate terms as necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
In-house recruiting experience required, with exposure to recruiting across multiple functional areas including sales.
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of requisitions simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
Resourceful problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Workday
