Position Title: Recruit, Retain, Train, Public Awareness & Sales CoordinatorPosition Summary:
The Recruit, Retain, Train, Public Awareness & Sales Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining a strong, skilled workforce for Your Personal Gardener & Arborist (YPGA), enhancing the company’s reputation in the community, and driving growth through effective recruitment, employee development, public engagement, and sales initiatives. This role combines human resources, training, marketing, and sales functions to support YPGA’s mission of being a one-stop shop for estate and property management in Southeast Wisconsin.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in HR/recruiting, sales, marketing, or training within a service-based industry preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, arboriculture, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.

• Develop and execute year-round recruitment strategies for all YPGA positions (field crews, arborists, office staff, etc.).
• Build partnerships with local trade schools, veterans’ organizations, job centers, and community programs.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
• Conduct employee stay interviews and exit interviews to identify trends and improve retention.
• Create employee recognition programs and initiatives to boost morale and loyalty.
