Recruiter SAP and Manufacturing IT North Point Technology is expanding its commercial staffing division and is looking for a recruiter with experience sourcing SAP and manufacturing focused technical talent. We support long term engineering and IT programs and are launching a new partnership with a Fortune 500 manufacturing and automotive company. This is a contract recruiting role focused on hard to fill technical positions tied to plant operations, SAP systems, and manufacturing IT. We are looking for someone who knows how to hunt for niche profiles and move quickly. What you will work on You will source and recruit candidates for roles such as SAP configuration and SAP ABAP SAP data engineers focused on migration and master data Manufacturing and supply chain project managers Controls engineers with PLC and automation experience Manufacturing IT and plant floor technology roles IOT and industrial data roles You will identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network. You will screen candidates for experience, communication skills, and pay expectations. All candidates will be submitted directly into our ATS. You will provide daily updates on pipeline progress and work closely with leadership to prioritize roles. What we are looking for Experience recruiting in manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering, or SAP environments Background working for a staffing agency or engineering services firm Comfort sourcing passive candidates and niche technical skill sets Understanding of contract staffing and W2 placements Ability to produce consistent weekly candidate output Strong communication and follow through This is not a corporate HR role. Work setup Remote Contract role Approximately twenty hours per week to start with potential to increase based on performance Compensation Compensation includes an hourly rate plus a performance-based placement bonus tied to successful starts and retention.
