Creating requisitions. screening CVs as per JD requirements. Arranging interviews with candidates. Responsibilities

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process. They will also manage requisitions, arrange interviews, and handle offer issuance while coordinating with department managers.
