Job brief We are looking for an energetic and creative Recruiter to join our fast-paced Recruitment Team. This role suits someone who thinks outside the box, communicates well in English, and enjoys meeting new people. You will partner with hiring managers across departments to source and secure top talent for a variety of roles in our expanding business. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding. Creative Sourcing: Use innovative channels (social media, networking, events) to attract quality candidates quickly. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging journey for all applicants. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the ATS (Manatal) regularly. Event Participation: Represent Savills at job fairs, campus events, and open houses to strengthen our employer brand. Requirements Thai Nationality Only. Bachelor's degree in any field. Good English (spoken and written) and strong Thai communication skills. 1 - 2 years of recruitment or related HR/administrative experience Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and networking skills. Creative mindset and willingness to explore new sourcing methods. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (experience with Manatal or similar ATS is a plus).
