Description

As a Healthcare Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our healthcare team. You will work closely with our department heads to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. On site location required with outgoing calls for recruitment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing roles and healthcare industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for healthcare and a commitment to finding the best talent for our organization.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • Build and maintain a network of qualified nursing candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
