Job Description Allegis Global Solutions is looking for a recruiters/senior recruiters to bring onboard! The key focus for the Recruiter is to lead the successful fulfillment of high-volume open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment life cycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction. Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and work proactively with the Talent Sourcing team to pipeline in accordance with volume candidate requirements. Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs/SLAs are met. Building strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced. Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers. Identify and escalating risk and compliance queries. Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times. Monitoring and analysing recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecasting, workload allocation and recruitment activities. Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner. Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities. Qualifications Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization. Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews.
