Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This role combines strategic talent acquisition (80%) with essential HR operations support (20%). The ideal candidate will be a smart, proactive professional who can drive our recruitment efforts while supporting key HR initiatives, including onboarding and campus recruiting programs. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (80%) 1. Full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across various departments 2. Sourcing candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) 3. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit 4. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics 5. Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance 6. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs 7. Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) 8. Take part in campus recruiting initiatives, including facilitating university partnerships, coordinating campus events. HR Operations (20%) 1. Own the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and positive first-day experiences 2. Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including documentation, and orientation scheduling 3. Assist with HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives 4. Maintain accurate records 5. Collaborate with the HR team on compliance and operational matters Qualifications 1. 3-6 years of proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3. Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions 4. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems 5. Strong understanding of recruiting best practices 6.
