JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Caregiver Recruiter & HR Coordinator to:

  • Source, screen, and onboard caregivers who are reliable and compassionate
  • Manage HR aspects for all caregivers, including time-off tracking, scheduling, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain training plans to ensure caregivers are fully prepared to meet client needs

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys recruiting, training, and building a motivated, high-quality team.

SKILLS

  • Recruiting or HR experience (preferably in healthcare, senior care, or high-touch service industries)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates/employees at different stages
  • Ability to assess candidate fit for a senior care environment
  • Comfortable developing and implementing training plans
  • Experience with basic HR tools and scheduling systems
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using standard office tools and applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities
  • Source caregivers through job boards, referrals, and community networks
  • Conduct phone and in-person screenings to assess reliability, compassion, and fit
  • Track candidates through onboarding, background checks, and training

  • Manage time-off requests, scheduling conflicts, and general HR administration
  • Maintain employee records, including documentation and compliance with labor regulations
