In this position, you are the bridge between our beautiful luxury hotel and fresh new talent. You are the driving force behind perfect matches, the friendly face that makes new hires feel instantly welcome, and the creative mind bringing innovative recruitment ideas to life.

As Recruiter at The Grand, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from writing vacancy texts that inspire candidates, to conducting engaging interviews, and closing the deal. You have the freedom to put your own personal touch on how you attract talent.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Writing vacancy texts and posting them on our channels, including our career website Careersatthegrand.nl. You’ll also ensure the website is always up-to-date.
• Screening applicants: reviewing CVs, conducting introductions, and holding interviews.
• Using recruitment marketing for hard-to-fill positions, think creative campaigns to reach top talent.
• Maintaining contact with (international) schools and attending internship fairs to discover new talent.
• Setting up projects such as organizing recruitment days or contributing to our Employer Branding, you’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life.
• Ensuring diversity and inclusion: as The Grand’s Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador, you’ll be part of our CSR team.

You’ll work with people from all over the world, whether it’s a graduate from an international hotel school or an experienced hospitality professional, you help them find their place here.
It’s also important that you take a critical approach during the selection process to ensure new colleagues match the high quality and service standards of our hotel.
