We believe great people power great car washes — and that’s where you come in. We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple car wash locations. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for hourly and management-level positions. This individual will partner closely with field leadership, provide a high-touch candidate experience, and help build a strong, diverse workforce. This role is remote with required travel to the region as needed - South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles Post and manage job ads across job boards and social media Source candidates through proactive outreach and community partnerships Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews Collaborate with field leaders to understand staffing needs Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure a welcoming and responsive experience for all applicants Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a plus Experience using Paylocity is a plus 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred in high-volume or hourly roles) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tool Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally What We Offer Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Supportive and energetic team culture Ready to join a team with real drive?
