What You'll Drive, Build, and Own Talent Acquisition: Execute end to end recruitment processes for Sales positions, source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience, and keeping them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up to date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy Fluency in Spanish and English 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales roles Proven experience in hiring for high volume roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable Please note: This is a Dubai based role and will require relocation to Dubai.
