ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Talent Acquisition & Mobility
  • Act as a Project Manager coordinating the whole recruiting process: define the job description and qualifications according to manager’s needs and organizational constraints, identify the best recruiting strategy, CV screening, run individual interviews or group assessment with the support of proper assessment tools
  • Be a point of reference for internal clients and manage the relationship with them from the recruiting planning to the hiring finalization
  • Cooperate on improving suppliers network by periodically reviewing contracts, scouting new suppliers and monitoring quality, cost and budget
  • Manage the recruiting budget of reference, maximizing the initiatives results
  • Support the internal mobility within Bulgari and LVMH brands: maintain constant contact with HR counterparts, ensure full set of information and feedback to candidates, their manager and internal/external HRDs
  • Provide yearly mobility KPIs analysis and tracking
  • Employer Branding
  • Propose and nurture strategic partnerships with Schools, Universities and Institutions to foster attraction and fuel internal specialized sourcing needs, participating to on-campus initiatives and events with potential candidates
  • Take part in the Employer Branding strategy and content development: WW editorial plan definition in collaboration with Social Media and Internal Communication teams, campaign development and KPIs monitoring

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • University Degree
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the role, preferably experience in hiring Marketing & Communication profiles
