MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment;
  • Excellent customer service and people skills;
  • Excellent organization and computer skills;
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines;
  • Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced office setting;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication and management skills;
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects

    Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director, the duties and responsibilities of the HR Recruiter include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage top talent.
  • Screen, shortlist and match applications to identify the most suitable applicants for jobs.
  • Building and maintain pipeline of potential candidates and resumes, and other such info.
  • Be able to use Job Portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently
  • Other HR related duties as assigned
