We are seeking an exceptional Recruiter/Sr Recruiter to join our team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical & non-technical talent. As an Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding the best candidates to join our growing team. What You’ll Do: Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job requisition to offer extension, including: Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates, utilizing behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques. Assessment: Utilize appropriate assessments (e.g., skills tests, personality tests) to evaluate candidate suitability. Offer negotiation: Extend competitive offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages. Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for future opportunities. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to optimize the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers: Understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate selection, and build strong relationships. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records: Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently. Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process and employer branding. What We’re Looking For: 6-8 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on Customer service hiring. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Experience with hiring/sourcing from LinkedIn is a must Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
