Vibrant ABA is a growing home-based ABA therapy company, and we’re looking for a Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to help us build and support our amazing team. What You’ll Do: Recruit and hire Behavior Technicians via sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Manage schedules and staffing to ensure client coverage and smooth transitions. Coordinate onboarding with the HR department. Support retention efforts and help create a positive employee experience. Track staffing metrics and report to leadership. What We’re Looking For: 1+ years recruiting, staffing, or coordination experience (ABA, healthcare or education preferred) Strong organizational skills — ability to juggle hiring pipelines and daily staffing operations while maintaining quotas. Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interviewing and building relationships with clinical staff and families. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Professionalism, empathy, and a mission-driven approach to working with children and families.
