Requirements Proven recruiter experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to source talent through various channels Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software Knowledge of employment laws/regulations for the industry Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience required 2+ years managing recruitment/hiring preferred
