EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Recruitment Expertise: You must have at least 1 year of experience in high-volume, high-stakes recruitment. This experience is critical to managing the fast pace and demands of recruiting for multiple key roles across the company.

  • Chase the Best Talent: Persistence is key. Follow up with applications until you’ve secured the best candidates to present to hiring managers.
  • Stay Organized: Juggle multiple roles and candidates while keeping everything on track with flawless organization.
