Your tasks:

Coordination of staffing needs with the specialist departments
Active sourcing and direct approach to specialists and managers
Creation, publication and optimization of job advertisements
Development and implementation of recruiting and employer branding measures
Management and collaboration with external HR consultancies
Taking on additional tasks is possible: for example, creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures and flyers.

Your qualifications:

Professional experience in recruiting, ideally in-house or in personnel services
Knowledge of active sourcing via LinkedIn, XING or similar platforms
Experience in using applicant tracking systems
Strong communication skills and a good sense for candidates and employer branding
Independent, structured and organized work style
