WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our in-house recruiter, you won’t just post jobs and wait for applicants—you’ll actively seek out skilled individuals and bring them into the Van’s Aircraft family. We’re looking for someone with a strong network, creative sourcing skills, and the tenacity to find exceptional candidates—even when they’re not looking.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Source candidates through nontraditional means: industry events, job fairs, community outreach, trade schools, online platforms, and personal networks
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of skilled labor and specialized talent in aviation, manufacturing, engineering, and business operations
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the hiring process
• Build relationships with local organizations and educational institutions to promote Van’s as an employer of choice
• Maintain clear records of candidate outreach, interviews, and feedback in our internal systems
• Serve as an advocate for Van’s culture and values in every interaction
