POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Recruiter & Talent Operations Coordinator to lead our hiring efforts across educational roles including teachers, therapists, administrators, and support staff. This role requires experience in education sector recruiting, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify candidates who align with our mission of student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified educators, therapists, and administrative staff
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach through offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain talent pipeline using applicant tracking systems
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • Develop recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions

  • Maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional networks - Support onboarding process for new hires

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in education or healthcare
  • Understanding of educational roles, certifications, and licensing requirements

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in education or experience recruiting for schools/districts
  • Familiarity with special education and therapy roles
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
  • Knowledge of teacher certification and licensing processes
  • Existing network of education professionals
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
