Job Description We are seeking a high-performing, hands-on Recruiter Team Lead to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts while leading and developing a team of recruiters. This individual will actively manage searches, partner directly with Hiring Managers, and ensure consistent execution, quality, and accountability across the recruiting team. This is a working leadership role. The Team Lead will carry a requisition load while also mentoring recruiters, supporting search strategy, and serving as a key point of contact for Hiring Managers. The ideal candidate is confident advising stakeholders, strong on the phone, and respected as both a recruiter and a leader. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and candidate profiles Advise Hiring Managers on market trends, compensation expectations, and realistic timelines Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans Proactively source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates Conduct thorough candidate screenings and evaluations Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and insights Prepare candidates and Hiring Managers for interviews Gather feedback and adjust search strategies as needed Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and CRM systems Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters in daily recruiting activity Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and candidate engagement Review candidate submissions to ensure quality and alignment Monitor recruiter performance and activity levels Coach recruiters on intake calls, Hiring Manager communication, and closing techniques Assist with onboarding and training of new recruiters Foster accountability and a high-performance culture Step in to support or escalate searches when necessary Collaboration & Strategy Help establish recruiting best practices and process improvements Identify trends impacting hiring success and adjust strategies accordingly Ensure a strong candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the process Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Demonstrated success partnering directly with Hiring Managers Proven ability to source and place passive candidates Experience mentoring or leading recruiters Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills Ability to balance personal recruiting production with leadership responsibilities Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Additional Information Why Join Us?
