Description Reports to: Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Manager Location: Irving, TX (On-site) & Clearwater, FL (On-site) Type: Full-time, Exempt About the Role TelyRx is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our high-volume hiring needs at our Irving, Texas and Clearwater, FL pharmacy operations. These roles will focus on attracting, screening, and hiring pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, operational support staff, and other administrative roles to maintain our rapid growth trajectory. You'll be embedded on-site to build relationships with hiring managers, understand operational needs in real-time, and create a best-in-class candidate experience. What You'll Own Full-Cycle Recruitment (70%) Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, pharmacy support staff, and shipping/logistics/operations roles Source passive candidates through creative channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, pharmacy schools, community outreach) Screen and assess candidates for technical competency, cultural fit, and operational readiness Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring consistent candidate experience Manage offer processes, negotiation, and pre-employment requirements (background checks, license verification) Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-turnover positions Provide recruiting support for full-cycle administrative function roles On-Site Partnership & Employer Branding (20%) Partner closely with pharmacy leadership to understand staffing needs and priority requisitions Conduct regular intake meetings and hiring retrospectives to optimize process Represent TelyRx at local job fairs, pharmacy schools, and community hiring events Support local employer brand presence through social media, community partnerships, and employee referral programs Coordinate onboarding through HRIS system and first day, and support new hire integration Recruitment Operations & Metrics Maintain accurate data in HRIS/ATS and provide weekly hiring metrics/pipeline reports Track time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire data Continuously optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-productivity Collaborate with talent acquisition and human resources teams to share best practices and maintain consistency Requirements What You Bring Required: 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or high-volume operational roles Proven ability to fill 20+ positions per month in competitive labor markets Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and platforms Experience recruiting licensed professionals (pharmacists preferred, or nurses/healthcare practitioners) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with hiring managers HRIS/ATS experience (Paylocity, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) Preferred: Pharmacy or healthcare recruiting background Experience in startup or high-growth environments Human Resources experience preferred Familiarity with Texas/Florida employment law and compliance requirements You Are: Proactive and resourceful in sourcing hard-to-fill positions Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments Relationship-driven with strong consultative skills Data-informed in decision making Adaptable and willing to roll up sleeves Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 Bonus: Eligible based on personal and company performance if Board chooses to implement a bonus plan Benefits: Unlimited PTO Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Parental leave
