We are seeking a Recruiter for a six-month temporary assignment to support our Recruiting team, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. This role provides critical support to our Recruiting team in a high-volume recruiting environment. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. How You Make an Impact: Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles across multiple branches. Support peak-season hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience. Source qualified candidates through job boards and professional networking channels. Conduct structured phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit. Maintain accurate ATS updates, dispositions, and candidate communication. Coordinate interview scheduling and partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the process. What You Bring to the Role: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments. Quick learner with organizational and communication skills. Experience using ATS and other recruiting tools. ADP experience preferred Experience with sourcing platforms Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results. Pay & Perks: Weekly Pay – get your paycheck every Friday, no waiting! Competitive Compensation – $30.00–$35.00. hourly, based on experience. Physical Demands & Work Environment: Mostly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work). Occasionally lift or carry office supplies (up to 25 lbs.). Work is in a climate-controlled office environment.
