• We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate or sales sector, and a proven ability to source, attract, and retain top-performing professionals in a competitive market.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in real estate, sales, or high-volume hiring in dubai.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and RERA licensing requirements is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, CRMs, and applicant tracking systems.
• Multilingual skills (English is mandatory; Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage).
