Description Position Summary The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Texas Pride Disposal. This position focuses on attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for operations, commercial driving, maintenance, customer service, and administrative positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and field positions. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and recruiting events. Screen applicants and conduct interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Recruit CDL drivers, mechanics, operators, and operations personnel. Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and DOT requirements. Maintain recruiting records and applicant tracking systems. Support onboarding and employee retention initiatives. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum two years of recruiting experience preferred. Experience recruiting CDL drivers or operations employees is required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interviewing and assessment skills Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Understanding of DOT and CDL hiring requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Key Performance Indicators Time-to-fill positions Quality of hire New hire retention Hiring manager satisfaction
