We are seeking a full-time recruiter for a manufacturer located in Conroe, TX. This is a full-time on-site position and not a hybrid. We want you to be a part of the team within the organization! We are a top producer of bath tissue and paper towels. Please see our website at: www.texastissue.com

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full cycle talent acquisition support to by insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract and recruit qualified and diverse talent to our organization.
  • Understands client business and knowledgeable of talent availability in the marketplace.
  • Ability to perform market studies for pay rates, job duties, etc. and report findings and offer recommendations.
  • Cultivates and maintains talent search and hires meet qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Ability to develop and plan effective recruiting plans and strategies with HR Director.
  • Interface with vendors and recruitment agencies engaged in searches
  • Track and report recruiting status reports to Director of HR.
  • Participate in recruiting related projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to build HR strategies for initiatives and build annual calendar of events.
  • Ability to build partnerships with technical schools, colleges and universities.
  • Assist the HR department with engagement events.
  • Assist in onboarding and new hire orientations.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and track applicants, interviews, hires in a organized flow.
  • Ability to perform HR Surveys post hire.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, HR or Business.
  • 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding and employee interactions.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to produce reports, graphs and charts.
  • Organizational skills a must.
  • Excellent writing skills for job descriptions and job board advertising.
