Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter based in Bangalore to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives in India while also supporting broader recruitment needs across the APAC region. Key qualifications include: - 6+ years of recruitment experience, primarily in the Banking & Financial Services domain (Lending and payments would be preferred) - Strong ability to manage recruitment independently in India - Good understanding of regional talent markets in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Australia (preferred) - Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms In this role, you will: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - Proactively source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones - Maintain ATS systems, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports - Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
