• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or other fast-paced, high-growth industries
• Expertise recruiting for finance, ops, and corporate roles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident sourcing across multiple platforms
• Strategic mindset with an action-oriented approach
• Agile and adaptable in evolving environments
• Must be available to work on-site in downtown Chicago three days per week

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- and senior-level hires across finance, operations, and corporate functions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, build success profiles, and execute hiring strategies
• Source and engage top talent using creative, proactive methods
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for future talent needs
• Partner with HR and leadership to streamline recruiting processes
• Serve as a strategic resource to the incoming Global Head of Talent Acquisition
• Jump in across departments during periods of high-volume hiring
