RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- and senior-level hires across finance, operations, and corporate functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, build success profiles, and execute hiring strategies
  • Source and engage top talent using creative, proactive methods
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for future talent needs
  • Partner with HR and leadership to streamline recruiting processes
  • Serve as a strategic resource to the incoming Global Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Jump in across departments during periods of high-volume hiring
