• Taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from the job posting to the signing of the contract.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract the best talent.
• Conducting in-person and virtual job interviews.
• Work with the specialist departments to understand their specific requirements and find suitable candidates.
• Use social media channels and networks to target specific candidates.
• Promote a positive candidate experience to build long-term relationships.

• Completed studies in psychology with a focus on human resources or economics.
• At least three years of experience as a recruiter (m/f/d) or personnel consultant (m/f/d) in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools.
• Experience in using social media and networks for recruiting purposes.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in German and English.
• Organizational skills, independence, and a structured way of working.
• Empathy and skill in dealing with people from different backgrounds.
