Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for Truckomat candidates and hiring managers at multiple locations Manage the end-to-end job posting lifecycle Source, screen, and engage candidates using a combination of traditional outreach and other tools Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews Maintain accurate, compliant records in the ATS and HR systems Guide candidates through the full recruitment and onboarding journey Leverage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Paylocity (ATS), and other recruiting technologies Requirements Exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working within structured, repeatable workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Process-oriented and coachable Highly organized with strong time management skills Passionate about helping people find opportunities and creating positive candidate experiences.
