Description
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. Responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Source candidates through Greenhouse, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Stay up to date on hiring trends and labor market insights If you possess the following, we would love to explore what is available for you with our team: 4+ years experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities At Vatic, we’re serious about our work—but we also believe in balance, growth, and having fun along the way.
