Our UPMC Children's Hospital Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity available as a Recruiter! This full-time position offers a weekly, hybrid work environment. In this role, the Recruiter will perform full-cycle recruitment duties for both clinical and non-clinical roles. Daily job responsibilities may include posting positions for recruitment, reviewing applications, preparing salary recommendations, extending job offers, and much more! If you have full-cycle recruitment experience, excel at sourcing top talent, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: Serve as the primary employment consultant for designated departments. Choose the most qualified candidates to refer to departments based upon documented objective criteria consistent with the legal requirements, job description, qualifications, and business unit policies in a timely manner. Facilitate job posting system. Confirm job requirements on recruitment request form with those on the approved job description to assure correct requirements are posted. Conduct employment screening interviews for internal and external applicants, of all levels and types of positions, including management. Represent UPMC at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, UPMC sponsored events, etc.), provide the public with information about UPMC and career opportunities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and at least one year of recruitment experience required. OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of recruitment experience required. Full-cycle recruitment is preferred Strong candidate sourcing background is preferred.
