Company profile : https://www.segulatechnologies.com/en/ Job Description Job Position : RECRUITER – US SUPPORT Location: (South Africa - Cape Town) – Supporting US Operations Status: Full-time Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager / Operations Lead/ Managing Director MAIN MISSION Drive end-to-end recruitment for US business operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements and high-quality talent acquisition. Manage sourcing, screening, and hiring activities across multiple functions, while ensuring compliance with US hiring standards, strong stakeholder coordination, and exceptional candidate experience. Support operational growth through proactive recruitment and talent pipeline development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS • Execute full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles (IT/Non-IT as applicable). • Source candidates using US job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.). • Screen talent for competencies, experience, and communication fit for US market needs. • Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, and closure within defined SLAs. • Ensure proper documentation related to US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT, etc.). • Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring positions. • Utilize ATS for accurate tracking, candidate updates, and reporting. CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT • Collaborate with US hiring managers and account teams to understand staffing demand. • Provide regular hiring status updates and market insights. • Build strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and talent networks. • Support business development in proposal staffing, talent mapping, and workforce planning. COMPLIANCE & PROCESS EXCELLENCE • Follow US staffing standards, tax terms, and company hiring policies (W2, C2C, 1099). • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of candidate data and hiring records. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting processes and tools. • Support onboarding coordination and candidate engagement post-offer. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA in HR preferred.
